The Queensland VET Development Centre’s (QVDC) eAssessment Program was conducted from January to June 2012 and contained five layers of eAssessment activities designed to meet individual professional development requirements. From e-learning novices to experts, the eAssessment Program offered something for everyone.
The flagship Leading Practice program targeted the pioneers and leaders in eAssessment, with the program’s design based on an incubator model. Participants identified an action learning project and were supported by a range of resources, experts and networks to achieve their action learning outcomes.
The program has had great success with a number of good practice eAssessment examples emerging as a result. The next stage is to capture the good practices into case studies for distribution throughout the vocational education and training (VET) sector.
As part of the eAssessment Program, an eHub is now live to provide a professional conversation space, links to further readings and a self-contained learning resource designed to help you explore and build upon your knowledge of eAssessment practice in VET.
